Gelli Printmaking – a fun and low-tech printmaking process without a press that makes monotype printing available to everyone. It is a spontaneous and satisfying way to create art.
Join us for an exciting Gelli Printmaking class where you will learn how to create your own unique papers, greeting cards, and more using the versatile and fun Gelli Plate. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced printmakers alike.
JIll will demonstrate how to use a variety of tools and techniques to create beautiful prints with the Gelli Plate with acrylic paints. She will explore different ways of layering colors, creating texture, and adding interest to your prints. She will use stencils, masks, and other materials to create intricate designs.

About the Instructor:
Jill Rumley is a versatile artist and photographer who works with a variety of mediums, including oils, pastels, acrylic, watercolor, and collage. She is based in Longmont, Colorado and has been actively working as an artist since 2016.
Jill’s artwork often features vibrant colors and bold textures, and she draws inspiration from the natural world around her. Her photography work showcases her keen eye for capturing stunning landscapes and unique perspectives.
In addition to her art practice, Jill is also the president of the Longmont Artists Guild, a non-profit organization that supports local artists and promotes the arts in the community. Through her leadership, she has helped to organize numerous exhibitions and events that showcase the work of talented artists in the area.
Jill’s dedication to her craft and her community has earned her recognition and awards for her work. Her pieces have been featured in various galleries throughout Colorado, including the Firehouse Art Center in Longmont and the Louisville Art Association.
