Eve will host a discussion on writing Artist Statements
An artist statement is a short series of sentences that describe what you make and why you make it. It’s a stand-in for you, the artist, talking to someone about your work in a way that adds to their experience of viewing that work.
Please Note:
This will be an interactive workshop with breakout rooms for active learning. You will leave the workshop with your own artist statement. If you already have an artist statement, bring it to the class for reference & editing.
