We are excited to announce our upcoming member show at the Boulder County Fairground in June!
This year, we’re opening registration for the show to Guild members and members from the Boulder Art Association! This is sure to be a HUGE show!
Here are some early details so you can start thinking about your entries!
Boulder County Fairgrounds, Barn A
9595 Nelson Rd, Longmont, CO
Eligibility: Open to all Longmont Artist Guild Members and Boulder Art Association Members. Membership dues must be current. Membership in one association is required (not both).
Art Show Open Dates: Friday, June 9th – Sunday, June 11th
Art Delivery: Wednesday, June 7th, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
(Early drops off will not be accepted. Please do not arrive before 1 pm!)
Judging: Thursday, June 8th (closed to the public and artists)
Artist Reception: Saturday, June 10th, 5pm – 8 pm (open to the public)
Awards Ceremony: Saturday, June 10th, 6:30pm
Art Pick Up: Sunday, June 11th, 5pm
(Early pick-ups will not be allowed. Please do not arrive before 5 pm to pick up your art!)
Friday, June 9th, 10am – 5pm
Saturday, June 10th, 8am – 8pm
Sunday, June 11th, 10am – 5pm
Online Registration Opens – Sunday, April 16th, 2023
Online Registration Closes – Monday, May 29th at Midnight
You must be a current member of the Longmont Artists’ Guild or Boulder Art Association
Registration Fee $40 (non-refundable)
3 Art Pieces of any medium (please read the specific rules outlined in the show prospectus)
Bin Sales (bring your own bin to sell prints)
Card Sales (bring your own card rack)
Gift Shop Table (3’ space / limited to first 44 artists)
Artwork title, size, medium & price
NO CHANGES will be accepted after registration closes
Minimum of 3 hours volunteering during the show
