Intentional Creativity WORKSHOP with Deborah Fryer
Intentional Creativity is a process for self-discovery, healing and access to your internal
wisdom. Through the process of metacognitive drawing and painting, you will learn
about yourself, discover parts of yourself you’ve been looking for, and move stuck or
stagnant energy so you can experience flow, joy and peace as your natural state.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a local Boulder artist, author, spiritual business coach and Intentional Creativity
teacher. I paint landscapes (the outer world), soulscapes (the inner world) and the
liminal space between. I love exploring energy and form, light and color, movement and
stillness. I’m inspired by the beauty of the natural world, the ever-changing sky and the
mystery of consciousness. My paintings include visual, emotional, narrative, and
archetypal elements that invite deep connection with the invisible world around and
inside us.
