We are seeking submissions from Colorado artists for an upcoming exhibit titled “Exploring the Dark.” This exhibition calls upon artists to explore the myriad interpretations of darkness. It may be interpreted as the absence of light, the depths of the human psyche, societal undercurrents, or the mysteries of the natural world. “Exploring the Dark” celebrates the contrast between light and shadow, inviting artists to convey the beauty, complexity, and transformative power that darkness holds.
We welcome all artists living and working in Colorado, working in any medium, to submit their works for consideration.
The exhibit will be held at R Gallery from Oct 11th thru Nov 26th, 2023. Selected artists will have their work featured in the gallery and will be invited to attend the opening reception.
