BAA 2020 Member Show
September 15th – 20th 2020
Registration opens: June 20th
Please download REGISTRATION below. Completed registration page must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by final due date along with photos of art work. Please change the title to YOUR first and last name.
Registration Closes: August 31, Midnight
Registration fee: $25 (Please pay using the PayPal button below): Fees go towards space rental, advertising, hiring a judge, five $50 cash ribbon awards and other expenses.
Drop off at R Gallery Sunday, September 13, 2020 (Noon -2:30).
Pick up Sunday, September 20, 6:15 – 7:15pm Please note: No work pickedup before 6:15 pm.
Please note: A $25.00 late fee charge for late pick up unless other arrangements have been made with R Gallery beforehand.
Opening Reception: Due to COVID19 no reception is planned at this moment, however we are looking into creating a virtual event.

BAA membership must be current
Two hanging pieces allowed per artist:
1. Main Piece: Maximum width 25” (including frame)
2. “Wall of Small”: 36 sq.inches Maximum size (excluding frame)
- Sculpture and/or Mobile may replace the main piece with confirmation from R Gallery prior to registration
- Hanging pieces must be wired for hanging (No claw hooks)
- Gallery owner has final say for all work.
- Label the back of each piece with full name, title, medium & price
- Optional: 3 matted (flat) prints/original art in clear sleeves for shared bins (label each with title, artist & price)
- Optional: Up to 20 greeting cards (label each with artist name & price)
- All sales handled by R Gallery: 50% of sale price to artist, 30% to R Gallery, 20% to BAA
- Please attach images of art work with registration
