Location: Boulder Elks Lodge – a large exhibition space off north 28th Street in Boulder – plenty of free parking.
Dates:  Weekend of December 7- 9, 2018 – in the busy holiday shopping season!

artNOW! is our first member show in over 2 years.
There are different opportunities for paid BAA members to show and sell their fine art.

Show Registration is now open – complete registration Step 3 as soon as possible to hold your place in the show.
Steps 3 & 4 must be completed by Monday October 22, 2018 at 5 pm.

Step 1 – Verify Membership

Participation in the artNOW! show is open to all paid members of the Boulder Art Association (BAA).

  • If you are a member, please verify that your dues are current and up-to-date:

  • If you are NOT a current paid member, OR are a past-due member and need to renew your membership please do so before continuing with remaining steps:


Step 2 – Read Prospectus

  • Download and carefully Read the artNOW! show Prospectus:

  • This is not a juried show, all member fine art work will be accepted. However, BAA reserves the right to review work and deem work acceptable as fine art for show.
  • There are two options for participation in the show.   Participants may choose either option OR both. Each option requires a separate registration fee.
  • The Show Prospectus is in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format.  You will need the Acrobat Reader to open the file. If Acrobat is not already installed on your computer, click the Adobe icon below and following the instructions for installing it.

Step 3 – Pay to Register

  • Pay Now to Register and hold your place in the show.
    You do not have to complete Step 4 until
    Monday October 22, 2018 at 5 pm.
  • Pay Registration Fee(s) securely using PayPal - click on "Pay Now" buttons below.. A PayPal account is not required, but you must pay registration fee here using a credit or debit card. Sorry - other forms of payment will not be accepted.  On the PayPal page, you can scroll down to pay without using a PayPal Account.

Option – Exclusive Table

$50 one-artist, $70 two-artists, limited tables available

  • You may choose one or both options, but each registration is separate.
  • This step holds your place in the show.
  • Registration Fees are non-refundable.
  • All Registration Payments must be received by
    Monday October 22, 2018 at 5 pm.

Step 4 – Inventory / Images / Forms

  • For participation in Main Show and Gift Shop, download and fill out this Inventory List Form.

  • Your artist and artwork information should be typed directly into the form (click on fields and use tab/arrow keys to move between fields).  Forms are in Adobe PDF (install Acrobat Reader from above, if needed) and must be downloaded to your computer and saved to be edited.  Forms cannot be edited or typed into from web browsers.
  • Save your form(s), rename the filenames to include your name.  Send them as an attachment in an email submission.
  • Put your artist name and “– artNow! Show Submission” in the subject line of the email message.
  • If your artist name is different than your name as used with PayPal, please also note your PayPal name in the body of your email message.
  • Email all show submission documents Main Show Inventory List and 2 Main Show Images, and/or Exclusive Table Registration Forms to:

  • All Inventory Lists, Exclusive Table Forms, and/or Show Images must be received by Monday, October 22nd, 2018 at 5 pm.

Step 5 – Volunteer

  • All participating artists must volunteer at least 2 hours-time for the show.
  • You must register on by
    Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at 6 pm
    or at any member meeting before the show
    (October 9 or November 13).


  • Failure to volunteer will result in disqualification from participation and removal of your work from the show.
  • We want every member to join us in the artNOW show!  If you have a physical limitation which makes it difficult to perform the listed volunteer options, please contact us as soon as possible at, so we can find other ways for you to support the show.

Step 6 – Slide Show Images (Optional)

  • Submit up to five (5) images of your art work for a Slide Show that will be running continuously at show to promote your work.
  • Email Images with your artist name to

  • All Slide Show Images must be received by
    Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at 6 pm.


BAA agrees to handle all work with extreme care, but by registering for the show, you agree that BAA will not be held liable for accidents, theft or damage. BAA does not carry insurance for your artwork, and you should consider making your own arrangements for insurance. The following companies are two that were referred to us for your convenience, but BAA makes no recommendations on these or other art insurance companies.
