Gail’s Bio:
In high school, Gail received a small art scholarship and completed her first year of college as an art major. She put her pursuit of art aside and went on to obtain a BA degree in Business and a MS degree in Environmental Studies. After retiring from a 20+ year career in the Athletic Department at CU Boulder and then working at The Colorado Nature Conservancy, Gail was called back to her desire to paint, exploring new mediums in the field of abstract art and zen painting. Her love of mountains, aspens, and dogs are the main inspirations for her recent work. She has been on the Board of the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and sells her work to benefit the organization and animal rescue.
