REGISTRATION
BAA membership must be current
Registration opens: April 7th. Completed registration page must be emailed to baasubmissions@gmail.com by final due date below. Registration Forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Final due date: June 1st Midnight
Registration fees: $25 for volunteers or $40.00 for non-volunteers. Volunteers must sign up for a 2-hour block of time before, during or at closing of show with our SignUp.com link located at the bottom of this page. Please pay registration fee using the PayPal button at the bottom of this page prior to emailing the registration form.
Table availability: R Gallery has space for 12 artists to share two tables, for an additional $5 fee. Table space is limited to 15”x24” for each “Table Artist”. Please note, the PayPal button for this option will close after the 12th artist pays this fee. Table artists must also be registered for show.

All sales will be handled by R Gallery: 50% of sale price to artist,30% to R Gallery, 20% to BAA
(Please note: All fees go towards lease of space, award ribbons & prizes, opening reception, hiring of judge, advertising, flyers and more!)

IMPORTANT DATES
Drop off at R Gallery: Sunday June 21 (10 am-Noon and 4 – 6:00 pm).
Pick up June 28, 6:15 – 7:15 pm
Please note: Absolutely no work allowed to pick up before 6:15 pm.
A $25.00 late fee charge for late pick up unless other arrangements have been made with R Gallery beforehand.
Opening Reception: Tuesday, June 23rd, 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Show Dates: June 23 – June 28

DETAILS
Two hanging pieces allowed per artist:
1. Main Piece: Maximum width 25”  (including frame)
2. “Wall of Small”:  36 sq.inches Maximum size (excluding frame)

*Sculpture and/or Mobile may replace the main piece with confirmation from R Gallery
*Hanging pieces must be wired for hanging (No claw hooks)
*Gallery owner has final say for all work.
*Label the back of each piece with full name, title, medium & price
*Sculptural pieces/Mobiles: Please confirm size with R Gallery prior to registration and label appropriately with name, medium, price.
*$50 Award ribbons will be granted to 5 honored artists chosen by our show judge (TBD)

Optional: Up to 3 matted (flat) prints/original art in clear sleeves for shared bins (label each with title, artist & price)

Optional: Up to 20 greeting cards (label each with artist name & price)
